Shipping Policy for Custom Orders

Turnaround Time & Production Because every item at CL DESIGNS is handcrafted to your specific requirements, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. We take pride in quality and do not rush the artistic process.

Communication & Delays Crucial Note: Our production timeline begins only after we have received your final design approval and/or full payment.

  • After you place your order (deposit), we will contact you via email to finalize your customization details.

  • Please check your email frequently. Any delay in your response to our design questions will result in a delay in your production and shipping date. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication.

Final Payment & Shipment If your custom order required a final balance payment (in addition to your initial deposit), your item will not be entered into the shipping queue until that balance is paid in full.

Shipping & Tracking Once your item has passed our final quality inspection and is packaged, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

  • We ship via [USPS/UPS]. Once the package has been handed to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for carrier delays.
